彩陶钵,新石器时代青莲岗文化,高11.2厘米,口径14.5厘米,底径7厘米。
Painted pottery bowl of the Qingliangang culture in the Neolithic period is 11.2 cm in height, 14.5 cm in caliber and 7 cm in basal diameter.
钵圆唇,宽肩,肩以下陡收,平底。泥质红陶。器物表面施白色陶衣。肩部以褐彩留白二方连续叶纹装饰,每五片叶子组成一椭圆形图案,共五组。叶纹下饰褐彩圆点纹一周。据科学测试,青莲岗文化的年代约为公元前5400~4400年。
Being red clay pottery, the bowl has a round rim, and broad shoulder steeply narrowing downward to a flat base. The surface of the vessel is coated with engobe. It is painted in brown on the shoulder decorated with repeated leaf patterns, five of which forming an oval pattern, and totally in five groups. In addition, a round of brown-colored dots are decorated underneath. According to scientific tests, the Qingliangang culture dates from about 5400 to 4400 B.C.
青莲岗文化属于新石器时代中期文化,因最初在江苏淮安青莲岗发现而得名。该文化主要分布在鲁中南和苏北,出土陶器主要有鼎、釜、甑等炊器,豆、碗、钵等饮食器。其彩陶多用红、褐、紫彩描绘纹饰。纹饰有双弧线纹、水波纹、八卦纹、十字纹及圆点纹等。
The Qingliangang culture in the Middle Neolithic period was named after its first discovery in Qingliangang, Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. The culture was mainly distributed in the central and southern Shandong Province and the north of Jiangsu Province. The main excavated pottery wares include cooking vessels such as tripods, Fu (pot) and Zeng (rice steamers) and dinner wares such as Dou (ritual utensil for containing meat), bowls and alms bowls. Such pottery wares are decorated with double arc lines, wave designs, eight trigrams patterns, crosses and dots decorations etc. mostly painted in red, brown and purple.
